Riz (He/Him) has over 25 years of global experience in Business Administration & Strategic Management, People & Culture / HR Strategic Management and AI Business Strategy Development & Management. He has worked in various countries across the globe, like Australia, the UK, the Middle East, and more.

This experience comes from working at executive and top management levels (C-Suite) across many industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, Services, Education & Training, Logistics, Not-For-Profit, Community/Social Services, IT, Recruitment, Tourism, Management Consulting and Hospitality.

His first job as an Assistant Cost Manager (the 2nd highest post among 5,000 staff members) was in a Public Sector organization in South East Asia.

He is an expert in Organizational Capability and Staff Performance Enhancement, Organizational Design & Development, Business Analytics, Stakeholders Management, Project Management, and Change Management/Transformation.

He has managed many Management projects simultaneously in his past roles, like;

Riz led a team of 8-10 staff members (comprising IT, Accounts, Admin and Compliance staff) to enhance the capability of the organization, (a Strategic move) for the Project “Organizational Capability Enhancement” which led to staff performance enhancement, Higher ROI and Revenues and Digital Transformation of ALACC Health College, Australia.

Riz also led a team of almost 20 staff members (comprising contractors, consultants, directors, admin, finance, compliance and training management staff) to complete simultaneously 9 highly complex projects to prepare the organization for the audit in an 8-week timeframe. This included Staffing (Workforce Planning and HR Compliance), CRICOS/PRISMS Data Analysis and modifications, Education & Training Practices transformation, LMS Data Analysis and Compliance, and future learning needs and recommendations.

It led to a successful audit by a Government regulatory body at AEA.

He holds an MBA (Business Management & Strategy), a Law degree, and a Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management.  He has a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Transformation of a workplace into a 21st-century entity operating in a Hybrid Working environment (where Human beings and Robots/Virtual Assistants work side by side).

He is passionate about writing. He has authored four books on Management. He is also interested in Bungee Jumping, Paragliding, Hiking and Running.
