  • Guiding the passengers to their relevant directions.
  • Providing them information’s regarding connections, flights, gates, if their an emergency where they lost something guiding them to Lost property or police accordingly.
  • If an emergency evacuation occurs guiding the passengers accordingly.

  • Worked as a group leader nearly 4 years. Handles the relevant location regarding passenger issues, technical issues…. etc. and keep updated the management all the time if emergency situation arises.
