Responsible for documentary process related to patient admissions and discharges.
Coordination with Admission staff for patient insurance/cash approval.
Answer telephone and relay messages to appropriate person, booking appointments or coordinating with other departments.
Follow the insurance approvals for the patient in ER/ OPD by communicating with the insurance company.
Responsible about all the update regarding the packages of the checkup.
Responsible for discharging the patients.
Responsible about applying and following up the sick leaves for the patients, medical reports and payments. Responsible for submitting the ICD codes list from their departments to the MRD.
Checks medical & nursing records for absence of physician and/or nurses signatures.
