I have spent 3.5 years in different roles, presently I'm serving as an executive assistant with OMICS International Private Limited Inc. As an associate in our International Support, I'm responsible for converting leads to expand operations in Asia-Pacific. Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner, evaluate client’s problems and complaints and provide proper solutions to them by taking the whole and sole responsibility. Also involved in making outbound calls to know the needs of clients and provide personalized service by making relevant notes from client’s interactions. So communicating across time zones and accommodating client’s requests across borders taught me the importance of collaboration in administrative supportive roles. Also I have involved in college admissions process, meeting clients from different colleges for making students admissions process and achieving targets, planning, developing and implementing PR strategies by maintaining sound communication skills while speaking Authorities.
