My name is Azzurra, I'm 30 years old and I'm from Italy. I currently work in an optical store.
My main duties are: collaborating with the team to reach the targets, making the customer feel at ease, supporting them in the choice of purchase and after-sales, resolving any complaints or problems, making sure of their satisfaction, understanding their needs, view the eyewear collections and choose the most suitable ones for our store, ensure with the team that we have every type of product useful for the correct running of the business. I am a very organized, reliable and precise person, I hate doing things halfway, because I’m really focused on them. During this years I understood the importance of having a team or colleagues because alone everything is too difficult and tiring and the result is never 100%.

I am a kind-hearted and faithful person, in fact I have been working with the current company for 10 years.

But now it's time for me to make an upgrade in my life and get out of my comfort zone. I would like to donate my qualities to something bigger and more satisfying, like your company.
