I am a software engineer with 2 years experience as IT Manager and currently, I am managing a team in an online business for a mid sized Flowers & Chocolates company. Elementor, Flatsome, WooCommerce and other essential plugins were used exclusively by me in the building of the company's E-Commerce website.   To create a more unique website, I worked with WordPress code snippets to design the website's functionality according to the business needs.

Since managing various issues has been my daily tasks, I am highly familiar with cPanel and WHM as well. I am also constantly looking for methods to enhance user experience, speed up the pages of the website and implementing the best SEO methods.

In addition, I used ManyChat to create a ChatBot for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts of my present employer. Furthermore, I helped the marketing team grow the company's profile and write and edit posts as part of my job, and this gave me a lot of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva as well as other image-editing software.
