I possess expertise in Contract control and administrative practices at international level with a proven track record of successfully delivering of commercial & contractual requirements of the projects. Possessing hands-on experience of pursuing the award of Prolongation / Loss & Expense claims through various dispute resolution methods. I have been practicing in UAE, Bahrain and India for the Main Contractors and the clients in multi-million-dollar projects. I possess efficient Contract Management, Control tools and administration skills such as Earned value management systems, Cost versus value comparison, review and interpretation of Contract documents, issue of delay and disruption notices, timely submission of full and detailed particulars of the EOT claims/Variations, preparing subcontracts for Subcontractors and Suppliers, Cost management and Subcontract management. In addition to the above, successfully managed the teams involved in the preparation of Statement of Claims for the submission to Arbitration.
