Ø  Accountabilities: Maintaining track record and reports for follow up of pending work orders of team members and making sure those targets are achieved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as agreed by business. Generating and auditing various business reports

Ø  Maintenance: Trouble shooting and Testing of M.V and L.V Panels, Switchgear and MEP works  Viz; MCC panel, Pump room, Fire control panel,  lightings system,  Storm water system,  Irrigation system and Sewerage system at Dubai Sports City for Residential villas at Victory Height.

Ø  Coordination: Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors for commissioning and testing of all MEP installation for Villas. Preparation of snag list for MEP works and inspection.

Position: Senior Electrical Engineer.                                            Reporting to: Project Manager.  (Aug’ 07 – July’09)

Leading the team to do operation and maintenance.

Ø  Accountabilities: Review and comments on design upgradation of existing drawings on behalf of Projects division and monitor the contractor’s performance on-site towards their contractual obligations.

Ø  Laying of H.T cables for Installation of Transformers, testing of ACB and Transformers on Annual maintenance contract.

Ø  Managing shop floor in Manufacturing and fabrication of Silencers, Diesel Tanks, and L.V Panel Boards of D.G sets.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. (Government of Dubai)

Position: Electrical Foreman. Consumer Service. (Oct’ 05 – July’ 07)

Profile: Managed a complete team of core personnel of 40 staff Electricians, Cable jointers, Labors/unskilled staff and subcontracted of skilled/unskilled staff.

Ø  Accountabilities: Allocation of loads for Commercial and Residential buildings, villas and Industrial units, approval of load schedule for the consumer and maintaining Log records.

Ø  Supervise project of new LV Feeder cables – underground or raised floor, as prescribed by DEWA and or client and with final approval by DEWA.

Ø  Managing the Project of upgrading all 6.6 KV substations with 11KV substations in Dubai. Planning, Co-ordination, Resource allocation of Manpower/Materials and execution of upgrading tasks.

Ø  Trouble shooting of faults of underground LV cables, using sophisticated equipment. Rectification of faults and repairs of LV cables by carrying out jointing and termination.
