Currently I am working as IT recruiter at stebr based out in California, US where I source, screen and interview software engineers of various levels of experiences and multiple positions using internal and external job portals like workable, naukri, LinkedIn etc. I have engaged with clients on the requirements and accordingly used to work on them. My main task was to source, screen, interview and onboard candidates for multiple positions and also posting job Descriptions.
