Over 15 years of Experience in the fields of Marine, Oil & Gas industries as accountant and HR & admin activities, Storekeeper, Timekeeper at security gate pass, man power mobilization / demobilization, cost control through manpower time management, coordination with camp boss / HR / Admin & other department. Company vehicle repairing & service, hotel reservation & booking for employees & client, raising logistics requisition, management of employee accommodation, control of consumable material / incoming & outgoing , supervise the duty of camp boss , coordination regarding transportation, and all time sheet entries in software for drivers and mark SL, UL, absentness in system, Prepare the monthly report to HR and HSE total man hours booking, allocated the time sheet booking in TMP software to senior staff, make the cognos reports for production staff monthly for checking the salary discrepancy & absentness cases .In my previous organizations I have experience in stores, where in I managed Inventory, project material management, preparation of Material requisition, approvals, coordination with procurement, receiving material control, inspection, preparing the invoices etc. I was worked as a Timekeeper & Coordinator for Topaz Oil & Gas, at Fujairah. Handling various responsibilities including time-keeping, document processing, liaising with sub-contractors, maintaining records, making important announcements, arranging induction of new manpower, preparing schedules, notifying management about any inconsistencies, coordinating with HR for any new manpower additions, preparing schedules, clearance of manpower for site release, etc. Developing manpower requirement plans with line managers and managing the complete recruitment life-cycle including sourcing best talent from diverse sources for mid-level positions. Mobilization of workforce including, tickets and accommodation in timely & efficient manner in compliance with UAE Labour Laws. Conducting new employee induction programs and updating and maintaining proper filing of employee records, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules. Coordinating with PR Department related to employment visas & contracts (new hiring, renewals& cancellation).Assisting in reviewing and administrating of the HR Policy and Procedure to ensure compliance with legal and ‘best practice’ requirements. Attending to employees’ grievances and complaints; providing guidance when necessary. Generating various computerized management information reports (monthly, yearly and ad-hoc) as needed and to prepare monthly HR reports. Conduct exit interviews at the end of employment. Recruiting and managing of staff and workmen accommodation and ensuring that company’s facilities remain compliant to UAE regulation Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Overlooking the day to day operations of the camps. Handling the general administration to ensure day to day smooth functioning including facility management. Handling vendor management which includes-identifying new vendors, contract compliance, timely deliverables to payments, preparing POs and invoice management.
