- Reports directly to the Overseas Investment Manager
- Responsible for all activities, related to my discipline, in a defined zone
- Plans, manages, and follows up on the day to day execution of construction plans in a defined zone
- Reads the drawings, scope of work, and specifications related to my discipline carefully and in detail
- Ensures that all operations are being conducted as per the standard construction methods
- Assists the Overseas MEP Manager in his disciplines,
- Manages purchasing activities related to my discipline
- Follows up on the construction method statements and ensures that the construction related
documents are being properly maintained and available when needed
- Ensures that all materials and tools related to my discipline are available on site, and reports to the
Overseas Investment Manager in case of any shortage or delay
- Coordinates closely with related internal functions during the project planning and budgeting exercise
- Coordinates closely with Plant process Purchasing, Supply chain, HR & Admin, Finance, IT, etc.
- Preparing and updating budget and cash flow during the project
- Purchasing and cost control
- Checking the progress payment certificates and quantities
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour to determine project feasibility.
