I am an HR Assistant having 2 years working experience in UAE. I handle responsibilities such as:
 Meeting the workers in the start of General Shift for resolving the concerns/grievances
and sending employees for medical check-up (if any), and absenteeism follow up.
 Prepares & submit necessary documents to HO-PRO for Visa application, Visa renewal,
Cancellation and other related matters.
 Place the advertisement in local ads & portals and scheduling shortlisted candidates
for interview.
 Get quotation for airfare rates and issue tickets for new employees/cancelled/end of
contract employees and arrange transportation for pick up/drop to airport from
accommodation or vise-versa
 Create Oracle system database for new employees& create personal file for all
employees.
 Updates daily attendance and absenteeism for wages preparation.
 Assisting in preparation of Payroll.
 Arranging accommodation and transportation for employees.
 Addition and deletion of bank accounts and medical insurance of new joinees.
 Document Control.
 Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
