I am Jimmy, a senior HR professional looking for a new opportunity in Dubai.

I was heading the human resources department for Pragma Group and White Label Management, overseeing HR function for 500+ employees for for brands like Cavalli Club, Cirque Le Soir, House Party Bar, Beefbar Restaurant, Crazyfish, Epicure catering and Health Co.

Apart from the parent group,I also set up HR operations for a new investment arm of Pragma Group which has operations into real estate projects and soft/energy drinks manufacturing. I was also given the opportunity by the stakeholders to set up a luxury Italian fashion brand, "Extremedy" based in Dubai. My role, as a project manager involved company set up, recruiting creative and production teams and organizing the launch. I was instrumental in a successful fashion launch held at Cavalli Club last month which received excellent international media attention. I was also a key member for restructuring our catering company, Epicure.

While things continue to move ahead personally well for me, the organisation I currently work for is moving into a consolidation phase. I feel this is the right time for me to move on for a better career prospect.

Earlier, as Recruitment Consultant at Lobo Management Services, my role involved management of vital accounts for engineering covering fields like Construction, Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate and Oil & Gas, etc. I also initiated head hunting of skilled professionals as per client requirements.
