• Take responsibility for leading and delivering smaller projects or aspects of larger projects independently or in conjunction with fellow surveyors.
• Assist in the data collection and data processing elements of all projects in the team’s portfolio and to meet the required Company standards including health and safety.
• Conducting walk over surveys, data collection, writing reports, capturing 360/2d photos, editing reports, quality assurance, producing final PDF’s in tight time scales.
• Working in accordance to RICS measurement code of practise guidelines.
• Familiarising with new technology within short time frames.
• Substantial amount of experience in commercial and residential buildings.
