Kindly note that I was mainly handling Direct and Broker Medical claims for the last year where I learned about working closely with brokers, direct clients and sales team in order to complete and transfer payments to respective personal and satisfy customer and also broker. And also to send settlement and rejection reports to respective individuals and reconcile payments and accounts and strong knowledge on IMS system, MS Excel, MS Word and MS power point.

Prior to that I was doing sales and marketing since 2014 where I gained knowledge of convincing, negotiating, problem solving and also customer service in professional manner.

Note that I am a fast learner, hard working, punctual, energetic, team player able to work under pressure, minimal resources and multi-task to complete tasks upon dead lines.
