The latest job I had is with Sykes Asia, Inc. which is a BPO company wherein I assume the role of being a customer service specialist in two years for a US-based brokerage firm. We are handling customer support for online website navigation and technical support, money movements (transfer of funds in and out of accounts), back office follow up for client requests, sending blank forms and assistance filling it out, among others. We are tasked in ensuring that standard policies and procedures are being followed while adhering in providing clients needs and satisfaction.

Prior to that, I have worked in F&B industry as well as cashier and server in a restaurant in Marina, Dubai for one and a half year wherein I was able to acquire skills in dealing with customers of diverse cultures.

Also, I have four years working experience in banking operations in China Bank Savings, Inc. wherein we have rotation of roles that gave me the versatility in retail banking industry. I was able to acquire skills through new accounts, teller and back office accounting. Moreover, due to numerous bank in the country, we are also trained in providing the best customer service knowing that bank offered almost the same products and services and it is just a matter of getting client’s loyalty by providing the best services.
