We are handling customer support for online website navigation and technical support, money movements (transfer of funds in and out of accounts), back office follow up for client requests, sending blank forms and assistance filling it out, among others. Also, I have four years working experience in banking operations in China Bank Savings, Inc. wherein we have rotation of roles that gave me the versatility in retail banking industry. Serves as customer support for providing blank forms and filling it out properly as well as assistance with follow-ups for requests submitted.
