I’m an MEP BIM manager with +4 years’ experience in the BIM field. I'm currently working with Falcon works in Abu Dhabi

I have a B.S in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Branch, from The Higher Technological Institute, Egypt. And have worked as Design Engineer/BIM Coordinator/BIM manager for the last 4 years. In my Time at Falcon Works as MEP BIM manager my responsibilities included.

· Managing MEP BIM team in Abu Dhabi, and in India to ensure accurate and efficient BIM delivery across the project delivery portfolio.

· Supervising the execution of models and shopdrawings to ensure they meet the authority regulations.

· Support each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating and enforcing standards, and evaluating project models.

· Reporting on Team resourcing requirements with respect to project deadlines.

· Responsible for developing and implementing BIM workflow and communicates the benefits of BIM within and outside the firm.

· Business development, regular meetings with potential clients. Approaching new clients.

· Receiving inquiries from clients, prepare quotations accordingly.
