• Analyze incoming Request for Quotations and send a techno commercial proposal to the customer.
• Responsible for answering the technical queries of the customers with the help of technical support available in different locations worldwide.
• Developing a system for speeding up the response to the customer and reviewing it with the outside sales on monthly basis.
• Prepare a Win/ Loss analysis and discuss with the management for a more focused approach in future.
