• Supervise all the Stores and Inventory
• Tax (VAT) Report Preparation and Filing to Authority
• Monthly/Yearly closing, Finalization of Accounts and Auditing.
• Dealing with Customers and Suppliers/Sub-contractors
 Banking
• Arranging the Bank Facilities for newly awarded Projects
• Furnishing all the Trade and Finance Proceeds (LC, LG, OD, Discounting etc.).
• Providing necessary Documents and Financial reports for approvals or reviews.
• Maintaining healthy relationship with Banks and other Financial Partners.
• Approaching Higher Management of Bank for any urgent matter or approvals.

 Maintaining account books for Management review.
 Overseeing daily Cash and Bank Transactions.
 Preparing and Monitoring Receivable, Payable and Profit Statement,
 Dealing with Local and International Bank for opening of Import and Export LCs.
 Checking and verifying the documents for Import LCs.
 Preparing and managing the documents for Export LCs.
 Drafting Sales/Purchase and Chartered Party Contract.
 Searching Buyers and Suppliers for Material or Commodities.
 Maintaining healthy relationship with existing Customers and Suppliers.
 Monitoring all local or international shipment from origin to destination.
 Supervising the shipment clearance from Custom/Ports.
 Arranging and Liaising with shipping companies for Logistic of Shipments.
