Improvisation of HR processes has resulted in improving department’s efficiency and providing better customer service with the same HR count. Introduced several HR best practices and initiatives that resulted in improving employee engagement and reducing attrition. Attrition reduced almost to half last year. Employee Engagement survey achieved around 87% score. Developed in- house training programs that resulted in employee development with savings in P&L and helped in creating talent pool internally.
