before conducting any type of risky work at site.
• Conduct and co-ordinate all site safety inspections.
• Conduct investigate when an accident/incident happens at the site and prepare. the accident report and suggest preventive actions to the management for the non-recurrence of it.
• Conduct emergency evacuation mock drills at regular intervals to make awareness among the employees and how they should act in case of emergency.
• Communicate the hazards identified and risk noticed through tool box talks to the work force to minimize the accidents at the work site.
