I am a B-Tech graduate with 3 years experience in the customer care industry. Being in the customer service field I have hands-on experience in handling customers and finally ending it up in customer satisfaction. I was also into the customer service field of Du Telecom wherein I dealt with privileged customer’s, addressed their queries and retained them so as to maintain a healthy business.
I am prudent enough to adhere to the basic policies and goals of the organization I associate with. I have for about 3 years of experience in the field of customer service. I am also capable of working in both functional and non-functional areas in the industry.
