Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for Al Tadawi’s senior management who are seeking advice, guidance, and support on a wide range of employee issues.
• Created a system in short listing potential candidates in accordance with the company manpower requirements and processed offer letters, documentations, and employment contracts to the selected candidates.
• Devised induction program in coordination with the Heads of Departments for new staff in helping them to settle into their new posts. This includes initiations salaries, benefits, and acquires bank accounts.
• Established Human Resource (HR) IT system with the help of management to monitor and manning levels in eight different localities across the city. The system helped tracking annual leaves, overtimes, and compensatory offs.
