I am 31 years old, M.Tech qualified Mechanical Engineer with a total working experience of 08 years, summarized as: 4 years of working experience as a HVAC & Maintenance Engineer in India and 4 years of working experience as a Facilities Engineer in Dubai, currently working in Inaya Facilities Management Services LLC-Belhasa Group, Dubai.

Roles &Responsibilities

· Supervise the timely delivery of Facility Management Services at site meeting all obligations and delivering to the customer satisfaction. To oversee complete hard and soft services requirement of the facility as per the service agreement. Manage site team to deliver the daily services as per the agreement.

Supervised a crew of 25 technicians & 30 Cleaners to maintain the facility management system of all government AWQAF Sites.
Monitor, inspect and supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. Swimming pools, Elevators, Extra Low Voltage Systems, CCTV, Gate Barriers, SMATV, Sliding doors, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm & Fire Fighting systems, Gas Systems etc. by authorized contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms.
Allocate and schedule manpower for various preventive and reactive works to efficiently execute the work in order to maximize productivity
Supervise the implementation of all HSE policies, processes, standards and procedures on all sites in line with contractual obligations and international standards.
Conduct risk assessment and document, it prior to commencing the job in order to minimize accidents and incidents.
Conduct weekly/ as required tool box meetings in order to increase their awareness of various topics e.g. checklists of preventive measures, work permits, firefighting, first aid, Safety, interaction with customers, incidents, working conditions of tools issued, etc.
Conduct on the job training of Technicians including giving demonstrations in order to enhance their skills and improve performance in line with QA standards.
Provide the store with intimation of the consumption of materials to enable them to place re-orders for top up of inventories.
Overlooked site operations & scheduled preventive maintenance along with troubleshooting various systems breakdown during corrective maintenance with a mobile team.
Participating proactively in planning & coordinating budget activities concerned with facility management including maintenance of structures, facilities & systems.
Preparing various reports for the client on basis of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
Interacting with fit out contractors for various works of the retail shops with their various queries related to approval/ other MEP.
· Perform assigned facility inspection and submit the report to management, recommend the necessary action to be taken on the basis of report.

· Prepare yearly maintenance budget.

· Prepare, implement and manage an annual yearly PPM program.

· Manage and administrate all reactive maintenance activities.

· Create and manage adequate SLAs for all hard and soft services.

· Ensure that all HS measures are met and up to standard.

· Manage all external service providers.

· Create and implement department standard maintenance procedures.

· Coordinate with leasing and projects teams.

· Reduce utilities consumption by implementing energy saving measures.

· Motivate and train facilities staff for achieving department objectives.

· Create, maintain and update reports related to cost, expenditure, assets, spare parts, etc. to the management.

· Attend emergency maintenance and safety breakdown.

· Responsible for solving complex maintenance, repair issues and acted as lead engineer in order to maintain and improve operation’s profitability.

Strenght &Skills

· Ability to manage facilities & maintenance of multiple sites.

· Facilities Management experience ideally with a contractor or service provider.

· Experience managing either a commercial or residential building(s).

· Have managed large teams of people.

· Master degree qualified in mechanical stream.

· Excellent customer focus and communication skills.

· The ability to present to high level management.

· Excellent communications, effective leadership and interpersonal skills

· Able to provide mechanical design service including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, and interior plumbing design.

· Computer literate; can use Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
