I have supported students with multiple needs to develop their cognitive strength and achieve their learning goals in education. I interact with SEN/Inclusion department alongside the class teacher to provide and discuss the needs of the special students in the class. I participate in the meetings linked with special students.
To enhance my skills, experience and knowledge span to better understand the needs of learners I have successfully completed PGCEi from the University of Nottingham, UK.
I have gained a lot of knowledge and information from PGCEi. It helped me look into my own teaching style and strategies I am using with the students. Now, I feel equipped and know more than in my past years. I can understand a student’s needs and requirements better and using my knowledge and experience I try my best to help the students to develop their cognitive understanding and help in their learning process.
I have vast and diverse working experience in different environments. I have worked in an Arabic environment with Arab students and staff. I have experience of working in an inclusive and internationally minded school, where there are students from different countries and cultures, staff from different countries and cultures. Working with multicultural staff, parents and students in an open-minded environment has helped me to get familiar with different cultures and has developed more sense of adaptability in me.
