Main Responsibilities
• Aconex/Primavera-Unifier/EDMS-Sharepoint are the communication tools using for the documentation.
• Being a Design & Supervision Consultant Document Controller, responsible to submit project IFC (Design and Construction Drawings, Specifications, Calculations, Reports etc) documents to the
concerns through Aconex.
• Responsible to handle the technical submittals such as Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Daily Diaries, Sketch Drawings, Method Statement, Material Submittals, Material Inspections, Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Inspection (RFIAs), Document Submittals, Material Transfer Permits, Material Handing Over, Work Notifications, Progress Drawings, Confirmation of Verbal Instructions, Pre- Qualifications, Handing Over Documents etc.
• Pass the technical submittals to the concerned discipline Engineer for review and then revert those to the Contractor for action.
• Maintain logs of all the submittals in Excel Format.
• Maintaining a central Project Filing System.
• Managing the electronic and hard copy filing of project related technical documentation.
• Expedite and maintain acknowledgements to transmittals.
• Upload all documents to company’s EDMS (SharePoint) System.
• Regular site administration duties and responsible of site office stationaries.

• Drafting & maintain the internal correspondences between the contractors, consultant, Clients etc.
• Maintain the files related to project documents such as Shop Drawings, Specifications, Request for Information (RFIs), Quality Plans & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Method Statements (MS).
