• Coordinating with the LOC8 CAD team on the drawings for a better solution on the clients requirements.
• Meet the client for further discussion on the provided solutions on CAD layouts if any changes required or to get their approval.
• Work on costings and quotations/ offer to be submitted to the client.
• Arrange a meeting with the client to handover quote and note the feedback.
• Handle price negotiations with the client and discuss payment terms with the Loc8 finance team.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with other departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely product delivery and excellent after sale services.
• Monitored and assessed each client’s progress.
• Invoice submission, payment collection.
• research on cost effective product or suppliers in the market.
• Coordinating with Loc8 team at site during installation for any technical help and communicating with the customer during an issue.
• Attend on call glitches at site on goods supplied by me and also purchase of immediate parts required due to glitches for repair.
• Coordinating deliveries at site when required.
• Collection from suppliers/loc8 warehouse and delivering of purchased goods to customers if it’s an immediate requirement and deliveries that can save cost.
• Quality check on tailored made goods from the manufacturer before pickup.
• Arrangement of necessary documents required for Government approvals (Trakhees (EHS / CED), DAFZA)
• Coordinate with the Loc8 team or outsourced installers on the Safety inductions required by the Clients / Contractors or Government departments for certification
