• Proficiency in installation & troubleshooting of Blade Server, rack Servers, etc.
• Experience in managing IBM Blade centres
• Adept at maintaining complete IT infrastructure including Server Hardware, VMware Environment, Data Storage, Backups, Antivirus deployment and Microsoft Failover Clusters.
• Adept in aligning IT processes with ITIL by establishing Change, Incident and Problem Management meetings and decreasing turnaround time.
• Strong Customer Centric Approach with excellent analytical, coordination, presentation and leadership skills; skilled in grasping the big picture and conceptualising solutions.
