Housekeeping Operations
 Implementing the housekeeping policies and standardizing systems / processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
 Checking quality of detailed housecleaning in guest rooms with particular attention to suites.
 Inspecting the public areas, rooms and the entire hotel premises for its up-keep and maintenance.
 Acting as Incharge for operations of uniform room, duty roster of supervisors and room attendants in the absence of Executive Housekeeper.

Resource Management
 Indenting & distributing the guest room supplies, ensuring minimum wastage & pilferage.
 Coordinating with the purchase department & suppliers of housekeeping cleaning agents, guest supplies & equipments and maintaining the housekeeping stores.
 Managing the inventory of supplies, linen and equipment.
 Monitoring and controlling consumption of guest and cleaning supplies, devise methods for optimal usage of cleaning supplies.

Team Management
 Training the staff for maximizing productivity and maintaining all relevant record regarding training.
 Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Highlights:

 Played a pivotal role in the implementation of ISO-14001 Certification for Laundry Department at Hyatt Regency Delhi.
 Significantly monitored the erection & commissioning of Big Laundry Plant at Noida in record 4 months, took dummy trials and tested the machines for operational efficiency.
 Holds the distinction of guiding the workers very carefully in Dec’99 in unfavourable conditions.
