A top MBA graduate from Birmingham City University, recently relocated to Dubai. Formerly, worked in the higher education sector within the Center of Research, Innovation and Enterprise department. Key activities involve managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate data input and generating reports for strategic decision-making bids to senior management teams. Involved in the development of strategies to ensure appropriate change management process is adopted and open innovation culture is practiced in the department.
Previously, a student researcher for the Library services department in Birmingham City University, with an aim of using analytical outlook skills to create an online survey and gather data to identify the factors affecting undergraduate student’s awareness of the library and learning resources and its impact on their progression rates. Based on evaluated findings, the report was engendered, and recommendations were offered to improve library services for students across different faculties.
Before moving to the UK to pursue post-graduation, two+ years of marketing and commercial experience which involved activities in lead generation, CRM management, data analysis, event management, stakeholder engagement, developing marketing campaigns and coordinating between various departments to achieve commercial benefits of the organizations.
Demonstrated strong concentration, accuracy and great attention to detail skills while writing blogs, research projects, developing newsletters and proofreading press releases. During my postgraduation, I had an opportunity to write a research project on 'Impact of Open Innovation on Manufacturing SMEs within the West Midlands region, United Kingdom’ currently working on publishing it in few months, but happy to show them to you personally. Being a methodical worker, I enjoy getting things done the right way before deadlines.
