I am a Licensed Professional Teacher (Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences graduate) and currently works as a Senior High School (SHS) and College of Education (CoEd) Instructor in PHINMA Araullo University here in the Philippines. I am writing to apply as a Teacher. I have a very strong interest in pursuing a teaching career. With my experience working at both secondary and tertiary levels, as well as activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have diverse background with much to offer.

My first classroom teaching experience was during my college years when I was asked to be student facilitator/student assistant inside the classroom. Being facilitator lead to better understanding on how to handle students.

Furthermore, in my years as an Instructor, I have led classes as large as 200 students and taught kids older than me, my willingness to teach primary students is also there. I have been instrumental in helping the school’s development such as Module Writing during Summer (April-May).

Due to my performance, I became Senior High School Science and Math Subject Head, Research Coordinator and Head/Committee on some of the programs in PHINMA Araullo University for SHS Department. As I mingled with individuals across different department in the organization, I was able to enhance my communication and interpersonal skills, and my ability to adapt to new surrounding and variety of work culture. Also, I developed my coaching skills through facilitating the advisers during our department/area-based meetings and consultations.

My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced teaching environment. Furthermore, I am capable of simplifying lesson plans to achieve curriculum objectives, without sacrificing quality. I believe I will reach to improve upon your school's education standards.
