I am a twenty seven year old BS Tourism Management graduate born on January 18, 1992. A dynamic, flexible, and eager to learn individual when it comes to work; adapts to new working environments and people without difficulty; easily learns skills and knowledge from instruction; and focuses on a task until excels in it.

My expertise encompasses different aspects of customer service. I have almost 7 year work experience in Front Office as Front Desk Agent\Receptionist which is responsible for handling guest checking in and checking out; Guest Inquiry (Telephone/Face-to-face); Dealing with guest complaint and all front office transaction including clerical and administrative support.

I am a self-directed and independent worker who has taken initiative to learn as much as possible about the company I work for in order to become a valuable information resource.

I easily learn and adapt to the company’s processes to manage my work tasks and make sure I meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment. I utilize technology to assist me wherever possible and have a good working knowledge. My strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality ensure first-rate customer service to both clients and colleagues. I thoroughly enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and take pride in being a customer/guest service agent.
