• Monitoring of current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate and matching with physical stock.
• Identification of discrepancies in stock and inform to the supervisors and managers for approval and decisions.
• Scheduled and Spot Check Stock counting for Retail stores, Restaurants, Factory and warehouses.
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, stock adjustment with Management approval
• Monitoring of approved stock movements (receipts/issues) are accurately incorporated in system.
• Periodic Review of Discarded, Damaged and Expired inventory analysis for Management Decision.
• To watch over the correct allocation of physical stock in proper bin locations as well their system entries.
• To coordinate and oversee the periodic cycle counts of the various inventory assets
• To investigate and identify the stock count discrepancies, i.e., shortages, overage for management analysis.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• To ensure the correct and periodic valuation of the inventory to have an error free reports.
• Prepare the consumption report for Finished Products, Testers and Consumables.
• Record and track the daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile the inventory.
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues and quantity sold report, etc.
• Any other task assigned by Managers and Senior Management
