I started my career in 2002; I have at least 16 years’ experience in sales. I worked in food companies, then Pepsi cola as one of the most advanced and innovative companies. Developing new sales methods to increase revenues, working in different channels (traditional trade, modern trade, full sale, initial preparation and pre-sale) with different products (soft drinks / non-gaseous, fresh juices and water). I have worked in several positions during 10 years in my career, 7 years in front line sales that provided me with a wonderful sales experience with understanding all sales processes. I worked as sales and operations manager at Pepsi cola-Bugshan in the Western Region, which accounts for more than 84% of the market share of soft drinks. What I bring in this position is a combination of team leadership, strategic planning and business development skills that you have taken to meet and exceed expectations. I analyse core operational / business functions and implement appropriate solutions that drive business growth. At the end of 2014, she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing in the GCC region for 3 years at Al Ahsa Food Industries (AFICO), one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of dates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
My participation in the industrial field provided me with experience in the quality, production, procurement and other industry expertise and quality control of food and beverages, which led to my obtaining the TEAM LEADER AUDITOR ISO 22000-2005.
My participation for more than one time in international exhibitions (SIAL, Gulfood ... etc) has added value to my job roles, which is why I am allowed to understand the GCC market in general.
