• Managing security cheques to the contractors and review the sub contract agreement.
• Supervising junior financial staff by assigning / allocating the job profiles to meet the dead line effortlessly.
• Prepare payroll, transfer WPS and booking necessary entries.
• Effectively managed payroll of the company without giving scope of escalations.
• Preparing fixed asset schedule and accounting the depreciation on monthly basis.
• Liaison with bank, local suppliers / customers as and when required.
• Work with Auditors to complete Interim / Yearly Audit. Review reports before sending for signing the Management Representation.
