I am a fresh graduate but I had the opportunity to be trainee at a telecommunications company during college. I was assigned at the customer service section and I will handle customers' complaints and provide them with accurate and complete information. After graduation, I worked as a Marketing Specialist in a consulting company. I did all the clerical works but I was specialized at the social media accounts and email. I communicate with existing and future clients through social media and provide them with information they want about our services. I also do bulk emailing and marketing call when we have an upcoming orientation on our company. But most of the time, I conduct a one on one orientation with potential clients and interview them if they are qualified for our program.
