Responsible to control the section of the mechanical on site works related to retrofit projects to ensure they are completed on time, technically correct in accordance with the project approvals and specifications.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Participation in all aspects of the project management for the mechanical works to manage and supervises the on-site mechanical works and undertake the detailed short term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.
• Making sure that sufficient materials, tools and equipment are available at site to undertake the works with respect to Inspection and test plan (ITP). Also ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan.
• Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.
• Co-ordinate with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site and monitoring the production and quality of sub-contractors works and responsible for allocating permit to work certificates.
• Skill fully controlled claims with defined divisions, reviewed payments and reconciliation associated with Sub-contractors and manages the issuance of change orders/variations/claims, and checked the performances of the project-specific sub-contractors and vendors, including safety performance, and prepare end of project evaluation reports.

Executed the responsibilities as Chief Engineer with Technical Services Department and controlled all the matters related to the operations, repairs and maintenance of the physical plant and engineering facilities within the complex and retain all mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment including HVACR, MEP, ICE Rink and different Rides. Proactively supervise maintenance employees, who carry out the repair and maintenance works at facility, and liaise with all main contractors and sub-contractors.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Planned and set-up preventive and Scheduled Maintenance Program for all Mechanical and Electrical Equipment i.e. Gas Compressors, Chiller Plants, Cooling Towers, and Air Blowing Units comprising general building works.
• Directed and discussed the Executive General Manager about all engineering and technical services about any problem.
