I have 19 years’ experience in auditing in the mining, financial services and retail credit fields. I also have experience in conducting SOX audits both at the Company’s operations and at Head Office level. I have been involved in audits from the planning stage to reporting stage (process descriptions, audit programs, working papers to report writing and providing feedback to management) and was Lead Auditor during audits of my previous Company’s (Real People) East African Operations. I also have 8 years’ administration management experience.
I hold an MBA degree, a diploma in Strategic Management and a certificate in Internal Auditing.
I am 56 years old and in good health. Among my strengths are that I am accurate, detail orientated, and a good communicator at all levels of the organization. I am self-disciplined, goal orientated and deadline driven.
