I'm Tasmia, from India. I'm currently in Dubai, UAE.

I came on a visit here to search for a job in Dubai.

I have done my MBA in HR & Finance & have an overall experience of 9.9 years.

My clients were based in Australia, New Zealand & USA.

I worked as a Recruiter, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, onboarding, processing various letters etc and then went on to become a Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) wherein I used to handle end to end payroll of blue and white collar employees, hire to retire, finalize payroll, pre & post pay finalization, reports, audit, reconciliation, terminations, leave management, taxes, garnishment, preparing work instructions, training new joiners and co-workers.

I used to also handle escalations, have telephonic meeting with clients (Australia, New Zealand, USA), vendors & third parties, handling employee queries.

I may not have UAE experience, but I have an experience working with clients based in Australia, NZ & US. I'm a quick learner and will definitely be an asset to your company.

I am open to new learning as well.
