I am writing to express my interest in the position of Food and Beverage Manager/Operation Manager. I am a highly talented and experienced Food and Beverage professional with a strong creative flair and proven ability to direct successful business operations. I am familiar with hotel, restaurant and catering operation and a I have proven history of improving, sales, service, products and reducing the controlling cost.

As I’ve worked as an operation manager for many years, I have the necessary qualifications and motivation to manage big operations and multiple restaurants. I recently worked for Peach Retail LLC, where I gained good knowledge of LOD, FOH and BOH. I worked with contractors to obtain completion certificates and commissioning of kitchens. Parallelly, I completed other tasks to open restaurants; in total, I have opened 18 restaurants of 5 different brands (4 City Deli restaurants, 4 All Stir Fry restaurants, 4 Masala Pot restaurants, 4 French Bakery restaurants, 2 Mandi restaurants), as well as 2 ‘Grocers’ shops, 1 Central Kitchen and 2 Fit Kitchen (Healthy Food concept) outlets, all right from scratch. I have also been involved in recruiting staff, HR management, kitchen management, service management, implementing HACCP, developing SOP manual, cost manuals, monitoring food costs, manpower costs and other costs on a daily basis to direct the business to achieve healthy PNL. Overall, I implemented high levels of standard in every outlet that I had responsibility for. I myself would even work during peak hours in outlets to maintain the high levels of standard.
