 Independtly Handling all the Authorities Work for the different Projects.
 Handling the Project as per the Approved Company Budget, BOQ that are assigned.
 Knowledge of HV or LV Side with Advance concepts followed by the Different Authorities in United Arab Emirates like (Sewa, Dewa, Fewa and Adewa Etc.)
 Attending the meetings relating the projects with Clients, Consultants, Main contractors and the sub-contractors etc.
 Monitoring of work as per specification, local, & international standard & codes.
 Having Background in Organizing, Estimation, Coordinating & motivation of personnel.
 Identification of subcontractors and suppliers & collecting quotations & close
Coordination with subordinates.
 Rising IR’s, RFI’s of site Electrical works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
 Attending Authority inspections as per projects schedule.
 Preparation of (Site Delivered materials) Material inspection report (MIR) & getting approval from consultant.
 Attending all the testing & commissioning of MEP services.
 Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
 Full command on Low current system and its applications.
 Load Calculation of different items like (LV Panel, SMDB’s and DB's) for the Different types of Buildings.
 Taking Care of Automation and Control works of Different Projects.
 Complete knowledge of Emergency and File Alarm Systems.
 Complete knowledge of Installation Structure Cabling, Patch Panel IDF's a& MDF's Arrangements and optical fiber etc.
