I have completed a Bachelor of Architecture from F/O Architecture & Ekistics, Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi, INDIA.
During this tenure of 5 years 6 month of work, I have gained tremendous experience of various traits of the profession. I have strong design conceptualization and space planning abilities as well as handling and monitoring the project in all aspects.
I have 2 years 6 month of working experience of the gulf as a senior architecture with these responsibilities.
Leading and managing the residential and hotels projects from the conceptual design stage, through the development of design and all necessary stages or application for statutory approval.
• Directing and managing the project team in the delegation of work to allow the provision of assistance on projects as necessary.
• Preparing working and execution detail drawings for all projects.
• Reviews document for quality control evaluations.
• Monitor progress of projects and program through the various stages on a daily basis.
• Make an adjustment in the schedule or scope of work for making sure that manpower, material & contractor availability.
• Analyzing data on engineering operation and activity seek new design and construction method to defined optimum equipment skill utilization.
• Engaged with the execution team to resolve project issues.
• Be in contact with the contractors and material supplier to achieve the best from the market.
• Involved in business development meetings to target a specific market.
• Sometimes handle clients to explain the technical part of building and services to show them our work standard and quality to make them satisfied.
I possess excellent knowledge of interpersonal abilities and have the skills of project management.
