Hazim is a MEP Engineer, has 20 years’ experience in the construction and building services industry and has worked for a range of International companies. He is responsible for overseeing the commercial and technical day-to-day management of MEP engineering design operations.
Hazim's focus is to ensure the architectural and engineering philosophies technically integrate to achieve the most cost effective sustainable solutions. He has a wealth of experience with various projects including; high rise, residential and offices towers, malls, hotels, Island developments, hospitals and many more. He has worked on mega projects in the UAE such as the Dubai Festival Center Mall , IMG Theme Park , LA Mer water park , District cooling plants where he was the MEP Manager dedicated to enhancing underwriting department operations with an analytical and disciplined approach and able to work with minimal direction to solve problems, resolve conflicts and respond to customer inquiries.
Hazim's Specialties: Hazim has produced numerous sustainable designs many for years and serve as key Point of Contact for all and multi discipline design coordination issues related to construction & Design delivery.
Hazim Participating in design reviews and taking necessary follow up actions, ensuring engineering work undertaken is accordance with departmental work, Hazim has an ability to review field conditions that are highly specialized in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, providing consultative knowledge based on field conditions. Hazim established a full coordinated procedure to deal with different Authorities and obtain the needed permits.
