Key Role - Sales/Leasing Implementation:

• Constant and consistent lookout for new projects and companies in the country, Visiting and contacting the key person for the business leads.
• Negotiating business with corporate Clients especially Western, Arab and Asian nationals.
• Presentation of the property portfolio and implementation of digital marketing techniques including Social media, Search engine optimization and On-line campaign.
• Drafting and Creating customized flyers of properties, marketing and advertising to promote leasing.
• Enhancing the prospects of tenant retention and generating sales leads.
• Providing potential client a tour of the property, answering any questions they may have and encouraging them to become future residents.
• Verifying applicant eligibility for processing lease applications by checking references and income structure, adhering to company policies.
• Responsible for completing all leasing and preleasing paperwork including payments, lease drafting, closing deals.
• Assisting clients including Lease signing, Inventory report , providing customer service support.

Co-ordination for Service Performance:

• Inspecting and preparing all units for final move in approvals.
• Performing pre-move-in & vacant apartment inspections.
• Coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and walk-through of spaces.
• Supervising tenant maintenance service requests and processing work orders.
• Handling resident concerns & following up with solutions, enforcing property rules & guidelines.

Administrative and Managerial Work:

• Completing daily reports for the Project Manager to review the progress with regards to leasing and renovation progress.
• Reviewing renewal offers on a monthly basis & maintained a summary report of lease renewals.
• Managing the property team including all contractors.
