I am Johnson George, have a multitasking working experience in Office administration, PRO, HR, Procurement and Sales coordination, logistic coordination,etc. Please find below few of my activities where I have executed strongly and independently.

1. Letter of credit documentation for submission to bank for payment as per letter of credit terms and condition.

2. Preparation of logistics documents for import and export shipments as per customs and JAFZA procedure, coordinating with shipping and clearing and forwarding companies for the delivery and dispatch of the shipments.

3. As per part of PRO and Office administrator, have an experience in arranging all visa procedures and documentation of employees from entry permit to visa stamping, preparing pay roll of employees and transferring the salaries through WPS system, arranging flight tickets for employees, calculation of end of service benefits, etc. preparing employee personal files as per ISO procedure, keeping leave records of employees.

4. Sales coordination - once sales order is finalized as per our offer terms and condition, register the sales order in our system, once the consultants approval is received process our purchase order to our factory, upon receipt of order confirmation from our factory based on delivery terms we will process our order confirmation to our customer mentioning delivery schedule, payments, etc. Once shipment is ready at our factory we will inform our customer readiness of the shipment and after checking of the payment terms we give dispatch clearance to our factory as per delivery terms such as ex-works, CIF, C&F, CPT, DDP, DDU, etc. Once dispatch is done we will process our sales invoice and the same will forward to customer as well as our accounts department for preparing the monthly financial report.
