I finished 13 years of education including IGCSE, AS Levels and A Levels. I am also in the process of getting my college degree. I am fluent in both English and Arabic with Arabic being my native tongue. I am proficient in most Windows and Office tools and can type up to 70 WPM with almost no mistakes.

When it comes to experience over the last 8 years, I:

* have worked in sales as part of our graduation Trade Fair project for business and economics over a seasonal period of 4 years under the Sephora account and trained for the Air BnB account
* worked as a customer service representative for 24-7 InTouch Inc., Winnipeg, Canada
* achieved milestones as a Customer Service Representative that would take an average agent half to third of the time
* maintained high Quality Assurance scores
* maintained proper work ethic and attendance

I am able to work on at any required hours at any time and strongly believe that with the experience I acquired and my adaptability, that I would be able to fulfill my duties with excellence and as required.
