HIRING:
• Played a key role in the hiring of ~ 40 employees in Pandre Group offices.
• Assisting individual department managers in formulating their requirements in the form of job descriptions.
• Responsible for sourcing quality candidates from job portal such as Bayt, LinkedIn etc.
• Conducting the 1st screening for each candidate
• Scheduling follow up interviews with the respective department heads
