• Controlling of all sites activates of works, manpower and drawings approval schedule.

• Responsible for all technical problems solving from drawings to site-project execution stage.

• Obtaining approvals of shop drawings & material submittals.

• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety … etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Coordinate with the Architect and other discipline engineers (mechanical, electrical) for the completion and provision of the required on-site civil engineering works to construction sites.

• Monitoring labor and controlling work on daily basis.

• Inspect project sites and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

• Coordinate with Client/Consultant at site.

• Coordinate & execute project’s infrastructures (Storm water, Firefighting, Drainage, Water supply, Oily Water System, Chemical pipe lines, Road works …etc.).

• Quality assurance of all building works like substructure/ superstructure works, block works, finishing works …etc.

• Prior planning and the identification of critical materials essential for the project construction.

• Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

• Responsible for all technical problems solving from drawings to site-project execution stage.

• Coordination all works and following up on the right execution of works by the subcontractors, suppliers and other parties concerned to avoid delay.

• Establishing & maintaining effective communications and relationship with all members, and ability to coordinate with different nationalities.
