Import & Export Customs Clearance

• Knowledge of Sea & air Cargo Customs Clearance in Dubai and Sharjah
• Submit declarations online.
• Summarize invoices by HS Codes.
• Handling of declaration for Import and export shipments.
• Efficient handling of Sharjah customs declaration for Import and export shipments.
• Review and identification of customs documentation requirements.
• Review and processing of the different types of customs forms required for export.
• Effectively maintaining CDR/ SG accounts within the stipulated time frame in order to avoid fines.
• Processing customs bill of entries.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities
• Handling of Boeing 747 cargo flights to various destinations such as African countries (Lagos, Kano, Ndjamena, Addis ababa, and Khartoum).
• Providing full ground support for the Flight & Crew.
• Load planning to give effective maximum acceptance and ensure the uplift of the same.
• Flight/Ramp handling.
• Cargo tracking.
• Cargo build up & manifesting.
• Preparing Airway bill and export documents.
• Handling bulk load of cargo/courier with an average 300 Tones/ week.
• Documentation & Dubai/Sharjah Customs formalities.
• Acceptance, Weighing, Supervision of loading and manifestation of cargo.
• Handling of Transshipments both Import-Export.
• Cargo reservations/Communication with other stations for the follow up of cargo movements.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mini bus, Light passenger vehicles driver to pick-up & drop the company Office staff, Store & Factory crew change. Maintains vehicle in clean (cleanliness of both interior and exterior) and serviceable condition and performs minor maintenance of a preventable nature (this may include daily check of gas, lubricants, battery, tyres and coolant). Performs daily maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and immediately I will inform the supervisor of any required major maintenance or repairs. Maintains trip tickets or other daily vehicle records.

SHARJAH INTL AIRPORT

• Operating forklift for cargo handling
• Cargo bulk acceptance process
• Offloading and loading cargo from Truck/to Truck by the forklift.
• Building the cargo in ULD as per airline standards.
• Knowledge of different contours of air cargo build up for air crafts.

Dubai Flower Centre, Free zone Logistics Centre (FG3 & FG5)
DNATA , Dubai International Airport

• Completing all warehouse forklift operation and stacking.
• Ensure the Loading and unloading of vehicles as per the plan.( Availability of stock pallet to the vehicle)
• Lifting and carrying of goods and stacking the same.
• Checking of the goods picked as per the picking list and ensure the stock reserved for municipality check.
• Ensure the picking in time and availability of the product for picking near by the picker.
• Responsible for maintaining good Housekeeping at assigned areas.
• At all times work in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policy.
• All other adhoc jobs assigned by the Warehouse in charge

Emirates Sky Cargo, Dubai International Airport

• Responsible for the handling of all Cargo, courier and mail within the assigned specific area such as (Manifesting, Build-up, Break down, Updating, Import Doc)
• Acceptance & Delivery, Ramp, Planning, Perishable, Quality & Tracing) of Hub operations.
• Control a team of porters and equipment operators in certain specific areas of operations to achieve productivity targets while ensuring safety and security compliance.
• Process all documents manually and within automated systems to enable Exports, Imports & Transshipment’s happen effectively in line with the agreement of carriage
