JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (AS IT SYSTEM ADMIN):

• Configuration and implementation of enterprise hardware and software solutions.
• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Perform Day to Day Technical Support – Analyzing, Troubleshooting and Resolving technical problems related to servers.
• Maintain and update system Policies & Procedures.
• Maintenance of Local Area Network, Firewalls & Routers.
• Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
• Liaison with all external contractors, suppliers, and vendors for the effective procurement of products and services.
• Handling antivirus software deployment/management.
• Responsible for telecoms equipment and administration of mobile, fixed line and VOIP.
• Provide hardware & software support to office users.
• Provide remote support to off-site teams, to include software, hardware & VPN problems.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
